Yes, you have maximun 30 days to return your order. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Goods such as downloadable products cannot be returned.

If your package has not been delivered within 14 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact your local post office, they can assist in tracking down your package.
If the post office is unable to track down your package, please contact us and we will try to locate it.
We do not take responsibility if the incorrect address is entered upon ordering. If the order is returned to sender, shipping charges will apply to re-send the order. To ensure the address is correct, please check the order confirmation email.
